Modern Factory
Located on 36 acres, Cybex strength equipment is built in a 340,000 square foot
manufacturing facility in Owatonna, Minnesota that came on line in 2007. It is the
size of eight football fields under one roof.
Vertical integration
Designed and built with the latest lean manufacturing and vertical integration philosophies in mind,
raw steel enters one end of the factory and a finished Cybex product ships out the other.
The vertically integrated approach to manufacturing allows for metal
fabrication, welding, powder coating and assembly to be accomplished all internally
under one roof.
Build to Order
Just days before shipment, product production begins. This is why Cybex customers
are delighted with our record of on-time delivery and short lead-times. And... controlling
our own manufacturing means Cybex is unmatched in our flexibility to customize colors,
upholstery, and logos.
