Description:
A Coaching Primer introduces new methods for empowering clients to achieve better results during personal training sessions. Founded on principles of human movement science, the course focuses on simple yet effective instruction and coaching techniques that offer clients the greatest opportunity for success. In addition, students will treat strength machines as “tools,” creating multiple options for strength and functional development, and will demonstrate their ability to coach clients through meaningful and rewarding exercise sessions.
