An extension of the VR1 line, Duals further capitalize on the compact VR1 footprint by using multi-function mechanisms to get two exercises in one machine. These units provide exceptional flexibility and carry with them all of the same line features and benefits that VR1 provides.

GIVE UP NOTHING

The VR1 Leg Extension/Seated Leg Curl provides the feel and positioning of the single station units in the Duals format. Just cleverly combined to save space.

REDUCED KNEE SHEAR

Leg pad positioning is instinctive for the user and virtually effortless. Back pad is angled 100° from seat bottom to relieve hamstring tension. Thigh hold-down pads provide stabilization with less opportunity for knee shear than competitive methods.

START SELECTIVITY

The VR1 Duals Leg Extension/ Leg Curl goes well beyond what other machines are capable of. The unique design allows for upto seven start positions, providing the ultimate in start position selection. Counterbalanced input eliminates the weight of the unit from the exercise.
